CityLocker offers you three locker sizes to choose from. Choose the right size for your needs and book at the terminal in one of our stores. Payment is made using an online booking enabled credit or debit card. You will receive a code to the email address/sms you entered that you can use to open your locker. No keys, no cash, no problems.
You can store whatever you want in your locker, as long as the items stored comply with the general terms and conditions ( see Terms and Conditions ). With CityLockers, you pay per locker and not per piece of luggage, so you can store as many pieces of luggage as will fit in the locker.
The lockers at CityLockers are very secure and use numerous physical and technological methods to keep your luggage safe. In addition, the CityLocker site is under continuous video surveillance. In the unlikely event that your stored items are damaged or stolen, the contents of each locker are insured up to a value of €1,000.
No, your booking will not expire if you open your booked locker for the second time. During the booked period, you can open and close your locker as often as you need.
Each booking will automatically end at 23:00 on the calendar day your booking expires.
When you open your locker for the last time and no longer need it, we ask you to inform the system that you wish to cancel your booking by selecting the return option in the selection.
